Southern Province Minister who is also Mumbwa Member of Parliament – Honourable Credo NANJUWA has SERIOUSLY warned that government will NOT procrastinate to replace ALL Heads of government Departments who lack full commitment to work especially during this crucial situation.
Highlighting this and other notable pointers when delivering his speech during the Provincial Development Committee meeting today in Choma, Hon NANJUWA indicated that government ONLY needs Heads of departments who are committed to working and helping in making Southern Province attractive and worth of investment to investors.
Speaking to government Heads of Departments, District Commissioners and Council Chairpersons from the entire Province, the Honorable Minister said any non-performing Head of department will be replaced by their Deputies so that government can keep on keeping on with progressive moves especially under the current climate challenges and or prolonged dry spell.
He further strongly warned Civil Servants against late reporting for work which is robbing off government time….. adding that he has observed this never-ending behavior in Civil Servants with a lot of dismay.
